[Bug]: Modrinth versioning needs updating

Bug Description

All valid functioning versions need to be marked as compatible

Only 1.21 is marked as valid despite it working on 1.21.x

This confuses launchers and databases.

How to Reproduce?

Search for Enderman Overhaul on any 1.21.x version on mondrinth

Enderman Overhaul will only appear for 1.21.0

Expected Behavior

That Enderman Overhaul appears for all compatible versions.
