[Bug]: Resourceful Config Dependency Error

Bug Description

Version 1.21.1-2.0.2 seems to require Resourceful Config version 3.0.7 or above, even though the latest version available to MC 1.21.1 is 3.0.4 (3.4.1 is the latest Resourceful Config NeoForge version for MC 1.21.4). Versions later than 3.0.4 won't work.
