I turned the End endermen spawn off are regular endermen still supposed to spawn is there a way I can get regular endermen to spawn?

If not could you add a config to swap the end endermen with regular endermen or something similar?

Describe alternatives you've considered

If you can't make enderman spawn again could you make a config to edit the behavior of said endermen as in they act like regular endermen?

I like having the variety of the endermen I just feel that the end endermen are too aggressive and do way to much damage to be that aggressive.
