Bug Description

All the mobs in this mod are bypassing forms of Mob Spawn prevention, Mob Griefing prevention, and Teleport Bans.

Minecraft 1.20.1

Notable Mods:
Endermen Overhaul 1.0.4
Torchmaster 20.1.9 (Mob Spawn prevention via Mega Torch)
FTB Chunks 2001.3.6 (Mob Grief prevention in Claimed Chunks)(also have the other FTB Suite mods at their latest versions)
Mob Grinding Utilities 1.20.1-1.1.0 (Teleport Ban via Ender Inhibitor)

There are possibly other mods that implement other kinds of restrictions that this mod can bypass. For example, Dark Utilities adds a block that forces Entities to teleport onto the block instead of their original target.
I have not tested them as they are not in the pack I encountered the original issues, but it would be a good idea to look into it.

How to Reproduce?

Use the mod with any of the listed mods for their respective issues.

Expected Behavior

All restrictions should be applying to the mobs in this mod.
