It would be much more convenient if the config had a list of blocks that endermen can spawn with.
A list for each vanilla dimension (and possibly the ability to create a list for custom dimensions), with customizable blocks and their respected weights.

as the way it is set up now seems very random and some blocks are simply too frequent, e.g. ancient debris. I'd like to be able to change that as it suits my world.
