Fix End portal activating in wrong direction

Instead of opening correctly:

  v  v  v                      v  v  v

> x  x  x <                  > x  x  x <
  ^  ^  ^                      ^  ^  ^

The portal sometimes does this:

  v  v  v                      v  v  v
> x  x  x <                  >         <  x  x  x
> x  x  x <       -->        >         <  x  x  x
> x  x  x <                  >         <  x  x  x
  ^  ^  ^                      ^  ^  ^

(Yes I know a screenshot would have been better, but I can't open Minecraft right now, so I'm finding alternatives. It's better than nothing)

This is probably due to a problem in the way directions (N / S / E / W) are managed during the creation of the portal
