Generator sensor kit and IC2 Experimental Wind Turbine won't work

The generator sensor kit will connect with the wind turbine but if you put the card in a information panel it just says "Energy: 0 KU,
Capacity: 0 KU" and i don't know why. The wind turbine has enough wind and the kinetic gearbox rotor is spinning and generating power.
