[1.16.5] [Java Version 1.16.5-0.2.6a] Howler Alarm Loop Issue

The Howler alarm seems to have a "pause" in between each time it loops the audio. alarmPause seems to have a lower limit of 10 ticks between each sound. Is it possible to have this lower limit be 0 in the options? Because as it stands now, even if I put in a value lower than 10, the alarm in game still has a 10 tick delay.
