As discussed on Discord, would be nice to add more compat for diesel for Immersive Engineering Diesel Generator.

Possibly just add tag for diesel so it would provide compat for any mod implementing diesel, but the PneumaticCraft version specifically is pneumaticcraft:diesel.

Fixed in 36db8c0. Added Kerosene as well, for parity with how IP handles fuels in the diesel generator.
