Is it just me or is it hard to give the tree cutter any power.

I've tried LV connectors and placing a LV capactior with the output pointing at the device and it won't take power. The only thing that worked is putting a small solar panel next to it, but this doesn't really work once the tree grows and blocks the sun.

Also, I believe the block breaker has the same issue.

Yepp, confirmed, since I added some configs for the power consumption of the cutter and the breaker, a basic assumption for saving some server performance is not met anymore - so I'll quickly implement a standard buffered energy storage, no big deal.
(The Solar Panel transfers its energy in pulses, therefore it is above the reception threshold of the cutter and it works. An LV cap transfers less.)
