[Suggestion] Add "mob_flee" tag compatible with any mob

I'd like to use the fleeing tag on other ranged-attacker mobs besides the pre-defined mobs. The skeleton/witch/pillager_flee tags don't work with modded entities.
Skeleton, witch, pillager flee work on similar mobs (e.g. other skeletons from other mods). You need to add them to the entity type tag
