[1.20.1 Bug] Mod is preventing me from entering a world

Describe the bug
As the title says, I can't enter any of my worlds (nor make new ones). I've narrowed it down to maybe half a dozen mods causing the issue (perhaps even a strange incompatibility between all of them), and since this one has been mentioned in the last few logs I figured I'd file a report just in case.
Versions where you encountered the problem (Use the exact version numbers, not 'latest' or similar):
- Minecraft: 1.20.1
- Forge: 47.3.28
- Enhanced AI: 2.5.4
- InsaneLib: 1.18.0
Steps to reproduce
- Try to enter a world
- Game dies due to "errors in currently selected datapacks"

Can the issue be reproduced with EnhancedAI only (or with a minimal set of mods)?
I don't know. I've got 260 mods installed and have no clue which ones are causing it.
Seems like its some combination of this mod, ModernFix, and the thermal series?
