Fishermen zombies make items in the offhand disappear

Description
Fishermen zombies sometimes will steal items from the player, however, it seems that when taking an item from the offhand, the item straight up disappears, not dropped, just gone.

Versions

  • Minecraft: 1.20.1
  • Forge: 47.4.0
  • Enhanced AI: 2.5.5
  • InsaneLib: 1.18.1 - 1.20.1

Steps

  1. Encounter a fishermen zombie
  2. Put any item in your offhand
  3. Wait for the fishermen zombie to try to take it from you
  4. If the zombie does take your offhand item, it will not be on floor, it will be gone

This bug occurred within a modpack, specifically Resurvival

There's no way I can test the modpack. Find the mod causing this.
Also try updating the mod, it's quite old
