Dark art witches can drop villager spawn eggs

Describe the bug
Dark art witches hold villager spawn eggs when summoning a villager, so when they are killed whilst they hold it, they can drop it.

Versions where you encountered the problem (Use the exact version numbers, not 'latest' or similar):

  • Minecraft: 1.20.1
  • Forge: 47.4.0
  • Enhanced AI: 2.7.1
  • InsaneLib: 1.21.14

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get a dark art witch
  2. Go into survival mode
  3. Wait for it to start summoning the villager
  4. Before the animation ends, kill the witch (with a high level of looting for a better chance)
