Enhanced AI cause Wither Skeletons and Strays to shoot regular arrows

Describe the bug
Something that I noticed when testing out the skeleton AI changes with different skeleton variants was that strays and wither skeletons no longer shot their special arrow types when firing their bow. (Strays are meant to always shoot slowness arrows and wither skeletons are meant to always shoot flaming arrows).

I only noticed this issue when I added enhanced AI and when I remove the mod, the issue disappears.

I believe that I remember seeing this issue before in 1.16.5 where it also affected modded skeletons (such as those from dungeons mobs).

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.18.2
  • Forge: 40.1.19
  • Enhanced AI: 1.2.4
  • InsaneLib: 1.4.6

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load up a world with Enhanced AI.
  2. Spawn a stray or wither skeleton with a bow. (Or any skeleton that is meant to shoot a special type of arrow).
  3. Let said wither skeleton/ stray shoot you with an arrow or two.
  4. You will notice that you do not get slowness from strays or set on fire by wither skeletons.

Can the issue be reproduced with a minimal set of mods? (E.g. EnhancedAI + InsaneLib + Tinkers' Construct)
Yes, I was able to reproduce this issue with only InsaneLib and EnhancedAI.
