When standing within a few blocks of a digger zombie, they stop digging even when set to always dig (both when setting value to 0 or 128).

Steps to reproduce

1. Get digger zombie to start digging
2. Walk near the block it is digging (especially on the opposite side of the block,) and it will stop digging
3. Walk away and it will begin digging again

Zombie is digging

Step forward a tad and the zombie has stopped digging. Step back and it will start again.

Only mods I have are the ones required to run enhancedAI.
