It would be very interesting if you had the Scaling Health mod installed, the difficulty and amount of mobs will progressively increase.

The mod doesn't change the amount of mobs spawned.
Also if scaling health supports nbt tags, you can already summon stronger mobs.

I have no plans to add in-mod support for scaling health
