Indium doesn't fix this bug
You are using a severely out of date driver for your card (which is most likely the reason why you're having the issue)
Your driver version is at 388.13, have you tried updating your graphics driver?
If not, I would recommend upgrading to 526.47 as you are playing 1.19.2 (there are issues on newer NVidia drivers which would cause Minecraft to crash when Sodium is installed, only 1.19.3 versions of Sodium has the NVidia crash workaround)
If this issue happens with just sodium and fabric, it's likely because of drivers
I would still anyway recommend a graphics card driver update

No, it happens when using EBE and Sodium together
It happens when Sodium and EBE installed
Can you try turning off both antialiasing and anisotropic filtering in your NIVDIA control panel?
See if that helps

Upgraded my drivers. Nothing changed
Does it happen with only Sodium and Indium?
As far as I am aware EBE doesn't make any invasive enough changes which would directly cause this, large numbers of mods use custom baked models in more complex ways than EBE
