[Bug]: Cannot enable any Lunar Event in old worlds

What happened?
When I try to use a command to get lunar forecast, it saids the lunar event is not enabled in my world. I don't know how to enable lunar events and I tried to dig out the level.dat and found nothing. No lunar events are enabled in old world which was created in the client when this mod was installed. The new world will enable lunar events automatically but the old one are not.
