What happened?

According to the In Control! mod developer, Enhanced Celestials currently lacks an API with which third party mods can add support for lunar events, as mentioned here: McJtyMods/InControl#133 (comment)
Support for In Control would be amazing for the flexibility and fine tuning it allows with mob spawning - which would be especially helpful during blood moons.
