I would like to use the mod simply as a way to increase the number of mobs spawned at night by setting the blood moon chance to 100%. Could you add config options to remove the red tint and allow for sleeping, so that blood moon nights are like normal nights?

That kills the purpose of the mod and makes it no longer unique. So no i will not be doing that.
