Your trees look fine with Video Settings: Graphics: Fancy, but with Graphics:Fast, they look like this:

Several of our players run on older computers and use this setting.

Whooooops I never played with fast before. Gonna see what I can do....

For now I've forced transparency onto the mods leaves.
I'll overhaul all the leaves in the near future.
