Suggestion

Obtainable spawners can become overpowered early game, especially when a player gets their hands on a silk touch pickaxe. I would like to have a toggleable feature where players can craft a spawner by collecting 8 Spawner Fragments and craft them with either a nether star, enchanted golden apple, totem of undying, or end crystal.
