Steps to Reproduce the Bug

Iron golem spawners turned off by redstone yet still spawning iron golems.

This is also happening with Wither Skeletons and magma cubes. Seems to be any mob that isn't usually in a spawner

They just won't stop spawning. The spawners are definitely turned off. The mob inside is stationary, when clicking with the spawner tool, it is switched off. Yet they just keep spawning. They're also spawning way further than they're supposed to be.
