[Bug]: Hostile mobs wont spawn

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

The spawner wont spawn any hostile mobs. I have tried the spawner with non-hostile mobs and so far non of them had an issue with not spawning.

no other mods has interfered

When I try spawning hostile mobs, for example a Zombie, it works as expected. Make sure that the right spawning conditions are met and you are not playing on peaceful.
