Steps to Reproduce the Bug

Silk touched a spawner
Put Iron Golem Egg inside
After a while no more egg.
Spawner shows: Area Effect Cloud
Egg is lost..

I think this is the most basic version of what is happening.
Running a drowned spawner: No issues at all
Same with: Cow, sheep, pig, rabbit and chicken

For some reason only the Iron Golem Egg has this
