I'm not entirely certain what mushroom this picture on the mod page is intended to be but given what quark does add I assume its meant to be the glow shroom. Which does not even appear to grow when bonemeal is used on it. Nor do I see the blocks anywhere in the creative menu (This report is just me letting you know ifi ts meant to be here it is not.)

I have now discovered the mod page says its not implemented yet for this version.
