(Suggestion) ability to turn off Tinnitus sound effect when an explosion happens

The reason being most people are very sensitive to the sounds and sometimes can give them Tinnitus.

You can. Use the command /cmdclientconfig, go to handler -> explosionHandler and set maxExplosionVolume to 0.
