[(Neo)Forge] Server crash with enhancedVisuals mod installed while player without the mod gets attacked by a witch with potions.

mod version: EnhancedVisuals_NEOFORGE_v1.8.18_mc1.21.1
It is strange that server even lets people without this mod join without a warning in the first place.
Just like in the title, it appears server is trying to send client data with some kind of "hit" event and fails causing the server to crash.
