Active ability of Angel's Blessing doesn't work

    *tl_skin_cape_forge_1.15.2-1.10 (because it is readded to the game every time I remove it)

Description of a Bug:

Angel's Blessing's active ability does not trigger. It's passive abilities all work, and the passive and active abilities of all other problems also do what they are intended to do. AB never provides a boost, not when standing still, jumping, falling nor gliding with elytra.

How to Reproduce:

  1. Equip Angel's Blessing
  2. Press, hold, spam, whatever the assigned keystone button.
  3. Observe no change in velocity trajectory or anything else.
  4. Behold!
