Basically just add config options that would allow to control damage/efficiency/protection values of etherium weapons/tools/armor.

I wanted to do this earlier in the day, but couldn't because of limitations new Forge config implies. The introduction of our incredibly very custom config implementation, however, have rendered it achievable.
