Unequipping Gift of the Heaven in Creative Mode disables Creative Flight

Description of a Bug:

If you unequip the Gift of Heaven while in creative mode while in creative flight, you won't be able to re-enable creative flight.

This is mostly a reminder for me to look into it -- I assume the disabling-flight check simply needs a "are we in creative mode" but I'm positive I'll forget if I don't make a note somewhere.
