Description of Bug:

Basically the title.

How to Reproduce:

  1. Shoot some bow and measure velocity of your projectiles without Angel's Blessing;
  2. Equip Angel's Blessing;
  3. Shoot some bow and measure velocity of your projectiles with Angel's Blessing;
  4. Feel disappointed because the velocity stays exactly the same.
