Description of a Bug:

Changes to the configuration file will not work until Enigmatic Legacy is removed, it is not clear if the other content is valid.
Maybe Enigmatic Legacy causes AstralSorcery to use only the default configuration file

How to Reproduce:

1. change /saves//serverconfig/astralsorcery.toml
   "[registries.amulet_enchantments]
   #Defines a whitelist of which enchantments can be rolled and buffed by the enchantment-amulet. The higher the weight, the more likely that roll is selected.Format: ;"
2. Remove most of the enchantments down to two or three
3. Craft Resplendent Prism or take from creative Inventory,then the Enchantments outside the whitelist will appear
