Prevent the update checker from nagging about versions that can't be installed

Provide a detailed and clear description of feature or change that you want to offer.
Wasn't sure whether this was a bug or "intentional", so I'm labeling this as a feature request. Feel free to change the labels or whatever if this is, indeed, a bug.
I'm playing on 1.19.2, Enigmatic Legacy version 2.26.5. The mod feels the need to nag me about the recently released 2.28.0, even though it is made for 1.19.4 and strictly incompatible with 1.19.2 due to such.
Describe why you want this. If there's a reason.
It would be nice to have one less pointless message displayed when joining my world, without having to disable the update checker entirely.
