Able to eat food with Forbidden Fruit effect if health regens from hunger while actively taking damage

Description of a Bug:
By naturally regenerating health while your character is taking damage, you will be able to eat food despite the effect of the Forbidden Fruit
How to Reproduce:
- Consume Forbidden Fruit
- Take damage from some source (fire is a good consistent one to reproduce)
- Hold down right click with food in hand until you regen health
- Behold, forbidden consumption

I did confirm the bug also happens on the same mod versions with no other mods installed
