Maybe this is just me i don't know, but it's not always comfortable to use throw back ability on the same button that second hand things, like when you take shield, bow, food etc. in other hand and use it with throw back at the same time. It's cool in general when you throw yourself back from danger and use other item an instant but this is not always necessary. Actually this is the main thing that i'm not very like in tridents. Can you add here the same option that there's on another etherium tools? Turn on/off with sneaking.
