It would be better if Loot Modifier of Mobs Loot drops were changed using Forge Loot Modifiers.

Usage of Forge Loot Modifiers can help with mod incompatibility. It will allow mods that change the entity dramatically (for example, Progressive Bosses and their change of Wither with new entity PBWither) to use Loot tables with Enigmatic Legacy items

I second this, as I'm having similar issues with mods that change the loot table, causing some items to be unobtainable
