[Crash] Wrong Forge Dependancy define for 1.19.4 Version

Trying to add the any of the 1.19.4 versions of this mod will crash a client / server because the mod wants forge 45.x rather then 43.x. I dont think there is any forge 45.x version for minecraft 1.19.4. In the config file forge 43. is even defined but the 45 is also there as a dependancy. guess this was accidentally left in or so?
