Bug Description:
Villager profession, profession level, and type textures are not being displayed when appropriate.

Expected Behavior:
Here is an example of the expected behavior, displayed using Optifine. (Optifabric):

Vs. what occurs with EMF on the same villager:

I am using:

• Minecraft Version: 1.20.4
• EMF Version 1.3
• ETF Version 5.2.3

(EDIT: Still occurs in EMF 2.0 & ETF 6.0)

The issue only seems to be relevant to the most recent EMF version.
The issue doesn't appear in the following combinations, all on Minecraft version 1.20.4:

• EMF 1.2 + ETF 5.0.
• EMF 1.2.1 + ETF 5.1
• EMF 1.2.3 + ETF 5.2.3
