Describe the bug
The game crashes with VulkanMod and EMF

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install EMF
2. Install VulkanMod
3. Launch Minecraft
4. Crash

Expected behavior
Minecraft doesn't crash

• EMF 0.2.7

Vulkan will break a lot of mod, especially rendering mods as most of them do not support the vulkan api
So stick to Sodium and wait for the Vulkanmod is more stable and more mods is compatible

VulkanMod doesn't change much to Minecraft texture rendering, mods like Continuity, ETF work fine with VulkanMod, so it would be nice if this bug was fixed.
(+ I think I'm smart enough to know that my GTX 1070 supports Vulkan, since VulkanMod works without EMF)

Is this fixed ? I can't launch the game when I install EMF and ETF on my Vulkanmod modpack.
