[Bug - models] Custom Models for Children not working

Describe the bug
Custom Models don't work for child variants
List and link to broken resourcepacks
Resource Pack
(Tested in 1.21.3 but the Resource Pack files are the same in the 1.21.x Version)
Expected behavior
The Child Model should look like the Adult Model
