Describe the bug
Using /tick freeze causes mob animations to jitter between the current and next tick of the animation

To Reproduce

1. Use a pack with custom animations (Ex: Fresh animations)
2. run /tick freeze

Expected behavior
The animation should be frozen

• Minecraft Version: 1.21.3
• EMF version: 2.2.7
• Does the issue persist with only EMF installed? Yes

is this only for 1.21.3?

Doesn't seem so. Checked v2.2.6 on fabric 1.21.1 and it also appears there
