[Bug - when a model is edited, its arm wont show in first person]

Describe the bug

When a player model is edited and applied in-game, the arm doesn't show up in first person, not even the default Minecraft skin's arm.

List and link to broken resource packs

Change the UUID to yours before testing:

Expected behavior

The arm should be visible with the custom model.

There is an option in the settings. Iirc showing arm in first person has some issue with the second layer and is off by defaut for now
