I originally reported this to the dev working on Ice and Fire CE (IAFEnvoy/IceAndFire-CE#44 (comment)) and after following their steps my game is no longer crashing. They suggested me to transfer the issue here instead.

Essentially, the game would crash when you switch to F5 (third person mode) when mounting a dragon from the mod.
