[Bug - models] All cows are broken

The textures of all cow variants are broken.
I am using both EMF (v2.4.3) and ETF (v6.2.13) in Minecraft version 1.21.5
I am using these mods to use Fresh animations because optifine hasnt released a 1.21.5 version yet
