This problem only appears in my modpack.It will take a moment to narrow the scope of problem.I will reply as soon as possible
After my testing,Twilight forest may cause zombies or spiders to lose their animations and break slime's model .Occasionally,restart the game can solve these problems.

I only found those bugs in my personal modpack.Shall I create a new issue if I find a new one?
the logs do not detail the issues however I have some ideas, this will probably be fixed in future with another change I'm planning

hey, i am also having this problem. some FA animations are applying randomly - it seems that every time i launch the game, a handful of them don't work. some of the ones that have been on/off are regular zombies, regular skeletons, creepers, tamed wolves and horses (horses lose animations but their armor is animated/floats inside them). i don't think i've seen endermen working at all yet.
when i have some time tomorrow i'll comb through my modpack to see what mod is causing the issue, and i'll edit this. i do know i'm not using the mods that others listed above, except for Supplementaries.

There is a new clue
The model of sheep can be broken with EMF 0.2.9 and EMF 0.2.12 by supplementaries
This is the appearance of sheep with EMF 0.2.9,It will only occur to Vanilla sheeps.

Addtionally,There is one another queer situation with EMF 0.2.12.
It looks like the situation in 0.2.9,the sheep's eyes gone sometimes.
But there is one difference:The sheep keeps breathing animation,Which was not presented in 0.2.9

I can confirm that enderman are entirely broken in 1.19. Though for some reason the 1.20 version of the mod has them working. Not sure what is potentially causing this issue.
It would seem for 1.19, that for whatever reason, the enderman model that is able to be modified is named enderman_b. The regular enderman jem file does nothing, but when modifying enderman_b, the changes start to show up. The animations and model are broken, but I can tell the changes kinda applied as the eyes have started showing up again when using the fresh animations model.

EMF 1.0 is so very different to the beta half of the things in this issue thread alone are completely irrelevant to 1.0 now

Yes I am trying out to find those suspected mods,I'll respond to you soon.
I have narrowed down the scope of suspected mods as much as possible,but there are still 16 mods left,shall I list their names?
It's very very troublesome to reproduce this bug.
This bug breaks almost all the models:
It usually occurs after reloading the resourcepack,If you are unlucky,you may need to reload the resourcepack over 30 times!
