[1.19.2] Fresh Animations + EMF + JER can leave villagers without eyes

Describe the issue
Villager's eyes can sometimes disappear when using JER, though not with JER on it's own. Not sure what causes the issue but within a modpack environment disabling JER fixes the issue.
