[BUG] Lucent Dynamic Lights No Entity Light

With both of these mods installed, all entities are black with handheld lights

Your setup: (please complete the following information):
- Minecraft version: 1.20.1
- ModLoader: Forge
- ETF Version: 2.4.1
- Does the issue persist with only ETF installed? No since there are no dynamic lights
- Checked the github already and modpage
