[BUG] "Blinking feature not working"

im on etf 1.21.7
player skin features doesnt seem to be working
- just upgraded to 1.21.7 and wanted to add blinking to my character but i cant even see a preview of the blinking. I dont know if its incompatibility with custom player model mod. and when i try to "save" the first person hand texture breaks?

- Minecraft version: [1.21.7]
- ModLoader: [fabric]
- ETF Version [6.2.14]
